Jamón Ibérico de Bellota comes from Spain’s famous Iberico pigs, which spend much of their lives roaming vast scrub oak forests, foraging for their own food. Wild acorns are their favorite dish. The acorn diet gives the jamon its famous nutty flavor and buttery consistency.
